Ben's extensive track record includes advising on key appointments such as Vice-Chancellors, Chief Executives, Chairs, and Board Members, along with a diverse array of pivotal roles within these impactful organizations. In addition to his professional commitments, Ben actively contributes as a Board Member of Bow Arts, a leading provider of affordable arts studios in London, showcasing his dedication to creative placemaking. Further, he serves as a Governor of the Institute of Advanced Research in Gujarat, India, emphasizing his global engagement. Ben's academic journey began with studies in Classics and English at Keble College, Oxford, followed by an MSc in Organisational Behaviour at Birkbeck, University of London.
