With over 25 years of dedicated experience in executive search, Ben Tucker is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition, particularly within organizations with a social mission. Having co-founded Minerva, Ben has been instrumental in shaping the Education and Social Enterprise Practice, leveraging his seven-year tenure with Saxton Bampfylde and Heidrick and Struggles. Ben's extensive track record includes advising on key appointments such as Vice-Chancellors, Chief Executives, Chairs, and Board Members, along with a diverse array of pivotal roles within these impactful organizations. In addition to his professional commitments, Ben actively contributes as a Board Member of Bow Arts, a leading provider of affordable arts studios in London, showcasing his dedication to creative placemaking. Further, he serves as a Governor of the Institute of Advanced Research in Gujarat, India, emphasizing his global engagement. Ben's academic journey began with studies in Classics and English at Keble College, Oxford, followed by an MSc in Organisational Behaviour at Birkbeck, University of London. Outside the professional realm, Ben embraces a different passion as the leader of a garage rock band.
